1940s Fun and Fabulous Frock | Vintage 40s Yellow Purple Blue and White Plaid Cotton Dress with Eyelet Lace and Matching Belt | Medium

This adorable 1940's day dress is the perfect choice for all your spring and summer shenanigans! The plaid cotton is comprised of white, sky blue, sunny yellow, and royal purple. The neckline is trimmed with white eyelet lace and is square in the front and a V in the back but can actually be worn either way (See last photo for reference). A-line skirt is easy to move in and matching belt is a polished touch. Metal "Talon V for Victory" zipper on the side narrows the dating to WWII. This dress is in great vintage condition, with a faint mark on the skirting but is not too noticeable in this pattern. No holes or odors to note.
