1940s Clever Clark's Suit | Vintage 40s Chestnut Brown Wool with White Chalk Stripe Peak Lapel Jacket & Trousers Pants | Size 38 Medium

This deliciously dapper 1940’s suit is sure to awaken the crowd when you step out! This marvelous suit is made of chestnut brown wool with a white braided chalk stripe pattern. The blazer is double breasted with a 1x4 button stance and features wide peak lapels, welted chest pocket and hip pockets, one inner pocket, butterfly lining, and ventless back. The pants have a pleated front, five welted pockets with one buttoning in the back, metal 'Talon' zip fly cuffed hems, and interior suspender buttons. From "Clark's Deluxe Clothes” label with Stores Everywhere - it could be from your hometown! Also includes a faded 1939-48 Union Label dating this suit to the 1940s.This suit is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note.
