1940s Rare Four-Piece Suit | Vintage 40s Midnight Blue White Pinstripe Wool Set w/Peak Lapel Jacket Waistcoat & Two Trousers | Size 36 Small

Heads will turn as you wow the passersby in this amazing 1940’s four piece suit! This rare set is made of midnight blue wool with white triple pinstripes. A very smart choice that will continue to last for years to come as being able to rotate the trousers will keep them from wearing out. I love the extra pair of trousers for being able to wear them with something else without fear of something happening to them, because I have a backup pair! It's also swell to know that this suit's original buyer wanted the very best - a rare request for a four-piece suit; and the quality and craftsmanship of this suit shows! The double breasted jacket features a 2x6 button stance, peak lapels, two flap pockets, a welted chest pocket, one inner pocket, four button cuffs, and a butterfly lining. The waistcoat has four welted pockets and a six button front. Both pairs of trousers have a metal “Talon” zipper fly, flat front, inner and outer suspender buttons, cuffed hems, and five welted pockets with one buttoning in the back. Tailored for “Nebraska Clothing Company”. 1939-1949 Union Label inside pocket dates this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in excellent vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note.
