1940s Man in Black Two Piece Suit | Vintage 40s Noir Wool Peak Lapel Double Breasted Jacket and Adjustable Trousers | Size 40 Medium Short

This smart and practical black wool 1940’s suit will take you straight from the board meeting to meeting your sweetheart for a drink, keeping you looking spiff the whole time. Upon closer inspection you will notice it is more than basic black as there is a subtle tone on tone double woven stripe. The double breasted blazer has a 4x1 button stance, matching button trios at the cuffs, welted chest pocket, two flap hip pockets, peak lapels, two inner pockets, ventless back, shoulder pads, and full lining. The trousers have wide cuffs, a pleated front with two side fully welted pockets, two back pockets with peaked button flaps, ticket/coin pocket with matching peaked button flap, inner suspender buttons with back bunny ears, button tabs for adjusting the waist size, double-button closure, and button fly. Tagged All Wool. This suit is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
