1940s Mermaid Dream Dress | Vintage 40s Teal Blue Crinkle Rayon Day Frock with Double Collar Lapels & Pleated Skirt by 'Boulevard' | Large

This 1940s fit and flare dress will have you swimming in compliments! Made of rayon in a beautiful teal blue color with a crinkle texture for added excitement. Features adorable details including a double collar, self buttons down the bodice, 3/4th cuffed sleeves, and a pleated full skirt for lovely movement. Closes with a side metal zipper. Designer tag reads 'Boulevard'. This dress is in great vintage condition, the top button is missing (we didn't add a new button because we think the great double collar looks better with the first button unbuttoned anyway) and a small lipstick smudge, with no other stains, holes, or odors to note.
