1940s Simon's Swell Set | Vintage 40s Mottled Blue Tweed w/Red and Yellow Chalk Stripes Wool 2-Piece Jacket & Vest | Size 40/42 Medium/Large

Stripes are swell but if you feel overwhelmed you'll find the perfect match to plain slacks with this 1940's combo jacket and vest! The wool of this set is a tweedy navy blue mottled with a lighter blue and striped with bold chalk stripes of butter yellow and crimson. The jacket is single breasted with two button closure, wide notch lapels, jetted chest pocket, and flap hip pockets. It is fully lined where you will find one inner pocket and the shoulders are padded. It's matched with a six button waistcoat with four welted pockets and the back matches the jacket lining which is rayon satin with a diamond 8's pattern. From "A.C. Weiderman of San Francisco". This set is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, nor odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
