Among the dandelions is a cardinal red polka dot pattern, against a bright baby blue background. The collar has a partial trim of pleated ruffles that continues down the dress with black celluloid buttons. Charming ruched detailing at the waist in two parts. Made of light and comfortable cold rayon, this is a perfect dress to add everyday whimsy to your life. This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).
