1940s Ides of March Dated Suit | Vintage 40s Three-Piece Midnight Blue Pinstripe Wool Jacket Vest & Trousers from 1941! | Size 42 Large

You may hear warnings to beware the Ides of March but you'll have no fear when dressed to impress in this three piece suit dated March 15, 1941! The wool of the suit is midnight blue with pinstripes of sky blue set as singles and trios of copper-black that hide a sparkle as well. The jacket is single breasted with notch lapels, jetted chest pocket, flap hip pockets, shoulder pads, two-button closure, and butterfly lining with single pocket. The waistcoat has four jetted pockets and six button front, rayon back and full cotton lining. The flat front trousers have inner suspender buttons, five welted pockets with one buttoning in back, button fly, and cuffed hems. From “Bond Clothes”. This suit is in great vintage condition with a subtle well done period mend but no holes, stains, or odors to note.
