1940s Dapper Deadstock Suit | Vintage 40s Latte Brown Zigzag Weave Wool NOS NWT Two Piece Peak Lapel Jacket & Trousers Set | Size 38 Medium

You’re sure to feel extra dapper to be the first wearer of this NOS 1940’s suit! This marvelous suit is made of latte brown wool with a beautiful and subtle zigzag weave, shot through with orange windowpane pinstripes. The blazer is double breasted with a 6x2 button closure and features wide peak lapels, jetted chest pocket, two welted hip pockets still stitched shut(!), with one inner pocket, shoulder pads, rayon butterfly lining, and ventless back. The pants have a pleated front, dropped belt loops, slash pockets on the side and 2 pockets in back, one of which can be closed with a button. These are in original/unworn unhemmed condition so you can have them tailored to your exact measurements. Closes with a metal “Talon” zipper. From the “Sewell Clothes” label. This suit is in excellent deadstock vintage condition, with not a flaw to be found! Immaculate lining on both pieces. Unworn condition, all exterior and interior are clean as a whistle! An abundance of original tags are still intact!
