1930s Frances's Floral Frock | 30s Vintage Depression Era Wrap Volup Dress w/Blue Yellow + Red Flowers & Ric-Rac Trim | Large XL Extra Large

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
