1940s Ride the Painted Pony Frock | Vintage 40s Blue Rayon Novelty Print Button Up Dress with Carousel Horses and Pleated Accents | Large

Is there anything more delightful than the call of the carousel and it's wave like motion? Well this 1940's dress let's you feel that childhood joy any day! This button up frock is rayon in pale sky blue with a beautifully drawn novelty print of carousel horses in black pen lines and highlights of white, dove grey, and ocean blue. The bodice is striped with wide knife pleats running vertically and sections of smocking at the waist flank the scoop pockets. A placket covers the skirt buttons. This dress is in great vintage condition with a subtle period mend in the back and no holes, stains, nor odors to note. Please note, belt is model's own.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
