1930s Hula on a Hawaiian Holiday Romper | Vintage 30s Pink Cotton Skirted Playsuit w/Minnie & Donald Palm and Pineapple Print | Medium Large

Live the perfect holiday combining the tropics and good friends in this 1930's "Disney" romper! Likely coinciding with the 1937 "Hawaiian Holiday" short, this novelty print cotton has got to be one of those Holy Grail pieces! In light pink on a fuchsia background you'll find Minnie and Donald Duck being serenaded by a ukulele playing bird amongst palm trees and pineapples. It has a V-neck with pleated ruffle trim, diamond and darts shaped bustline, waist ties, and skirt covering the bathing suit style lining. The low back fastens with buttons. There is a remnant of a label that is sadly no longer identifiable. While we can't be positive, we think it is extremely likely that this was produced by (or in collaboration with) Disney. This romper is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note.

Bust: 43"
Shoulder to Waist: 17.5"
Waist: 36" (Cinches to fit with ties)
Hips: 37"- 43" comfortably on the inner bottoms
Overall Length of inner suit: 22.5"
Overall Length of outer dress: 33"
