1940s Step in Time Dress | Vintage 40s Blue and White Rayon Chiffon Umbrella Floating Silhouettes Novelty Print Frock | Extra Large XL

You'll never need a reason, you'll never need a rhyme when you can step in time and outside in this 1940's novelty print frock! This shirtwaist dress in a heavier rayon chiffon features a novelty print that has a Mary Poppins vibe with silhouettes of floating figure holding up umbrellas and rooftops interspersed. It's a two tone of white and dusty blue and is decorated with smocking on the shoulders, rhinestone buttons fully down the front, and a gored skirt. labeled "Caldwell". This dress is in great vintage condition, with no stains, holes, nor odors to note. Belt is model's own.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
