1940s Fantastical Fashion Plate Dress | Vintage 40s Blue and White Cotton Zebra Stripe Fancy Ladies Novelty Print Full Skirt Frock | Small

Make a wow statement in this 1940's novelty print frock! This white cotton dress features a black and teal print of fashionable ladies that when seen at a distance resembles zebra stripes. The dress is cut with a V-neck, wing collar, dolman sleeves, and full skirt flaring from box pleats. Metal "Talon" zipper on the side. This dress is in great vintage condition, with a subtle period mend but no stains, holes, nor odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
