1930s Hello Dolly Dress Set | Vintage 30s Cotton Voile Ruffled Frock and Feather Hat Ensemble in Rose Print with Black Piping | Small/XS

Well, Hello Dolly! This fabulous 1930s ensemble reminds us of a theater piece and eras gone by (even before the 30s, that is). Made of a lightweight cotton voile in delicate rose print, the dress features matching ruffles with black piping at the neckline, skirt, and short sleeves. There is also a small black bow at the waistline in the same contrast black. Center back hook-and-eye closure. The hat is saucer style with an elastic band that secures around the head. There are dramatic plumes of blue ostrich feathers and a few three-dimensional coral and white flowers.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
