1800s Garden of Dark Delights Dress Ensemble | Antique Victorian Two Piece Black Floral Silk Brocade Bodice + Skirt w/Sequins & Lace | Large

Tend a poison garden and enthrall visitors in this exquisite Victorian set! Both pieces are made of black silk brocade with incredible tone-on-tone floral pattern. The bodice is accented with black sequins and ecru lace drapes over the hands. A pleated cummerbund waistband comes to a deep point on the front and has a line of silk flowers up the back. Light boning adds structure. The skirt has a slim fit with bow pleats bustling the back. Both pieces fasten with a series of hooks and eyes. Labeled "Samuel Lewis London". This set is in good vintage condition, it presents well but closer inspection will reveal slight shatters in the skirt and a few subtle period mends in the bodice. No stains nor odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
