Lipstick red wool felt makes for a great winter piece and the telephone appliqué with black rhinestones is a real conversation starter. Two hand pockets bring practicality. Metal "Talon" zipper and button on the side. This skirt is in great vintage condition, a couple very faint marks but no holes or odors to note.
