1950s Tommy's Trench Coat | Vintage 50s Slate Blue Wool Gabardine USAF Topcoat w/Removable Lining Bogart Overcoat | Medium/Large Size 40/42

Take command of your battalion while home or away in this 1950s trenchcoat! Made of heathered slate blue wool, this overcoat is just full of fantastic details! Double-breasted closure with a 3x6 button stance with the lapels showing and another set of buttons at the top when en route in those chilly winters! Two pairs of matching buttons with adjustable straps at the cuffs to keep the air out when needed, and a matching button-on slide belt for the perfect fit. Shoulder epaulettes and a shoulder rain guard complete the quintessential trench coat look. Fully lined with a zip-out wool lining gives some weather flexibility. Shoulder pads and pass-through pockets. Tagged 'Aqua Guard' and 'Cravanette', this coat has also been "Approved by Headquarters' of the USAF as T-9 certified. 1949-62 Union Label dates this coat to the 1950s. This coat is in great vintage condition, with a few subtle period mends near the hem and no holes, stains, odors to note.
